Meet Kimberly
"I just wanted to say thank you for Black Clover Fitness and all of the staff. You guys have done a great job & it's so much fun to come in there every week. I'm very excited to tell you I ran the Blarney Stone 5K last night in 26:21 mins, that is the best I have ever done in any race. I ran the same course in Sept about 28:45, over 2 minutes better this time!! Pat has done a great job and I really appreciate it! Jeremy Porter
Jeremy Porter's first day at Black Clover was a rather humbling time for him he was out of shape in a bad way. That day he realized that he was in dire need of some help. When he first got on the ever dreaded step mill he could barely go 1 minute at 50 steps/ minute and had a very difficult time with running. Now Jeremy can RUN and he dominates the step mill going 100 steps/minute for 3 minutes. He has lost nearly 40lbs in 18 weeks and continues to improve in his weight loss mission every day. I am truly proud of him and his efforts and I am excited for his success in the very near future. |

Jessie truly exemplifies what hard work and dedication is. Jessie always comes into her training sessions with a great attitude and ready to work. Not only does Jessie push her self to achieve her goals, but she also pushes and encourages others who train with her to accomplish their goals as well. Brent Jorgansen
Brent is a work horse, plain and simple! When he is not meeting with me three times per week, he is working countless hours doing manual labor. Not to mention when it's snowing, working 12 plus hour days in nothing new to Brent as he is out moving snow. His hard work and dedication is why he is excelling in our program. He is a true staple of a hard working, motivated individual striving to achieve his goals. |
