Corey
Every year Corey helps hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals. From sun up to sun down people across Omaha are training with Corey Cain and his staff. His devotion to helping people achieve the optimal way of life has created a new fitness focused community like no other. Last year alone he provided fitness instruction to various clients in the Omaha metro resulting in a substantial total loss of over 4,000 inches (longer than a football field in length) and 3,200 lbs (heavier than the average compact car).
Corey has helped train people from all walks of life, ranging from Olympic track hopefuls, to those who have never seen a treadmill. As it seems, Corey has a knack of always be in the right place at the right time. Those that have had an opportunity to build a relationship with Corey have had incredible success. His ability to motivate and inspire have made him one of the most recognized fitness minds in the Midwest. Corey has been a fitness trainer for over a decade, with a repertoire sweeping all the way from Minneapolis to Hollywood, California. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the most brilliant physical fitness trainers from all over the country, while creating and directing some of the most affluent fitness programs used in the Omaha Metro YMCA's today. He serves as a faculty adjunct professor for Metro Community College and formed the first creditable course used by the college to prepare students for the police academy. In 2005, Corey worked with and trained athletes from the hit reality show "The Contender" and in returning to Omaha, created the first boot camp program which now operates in 5 different locations throughout the Omaha metro. The highly reputable Omaha Adventure Boot Camp is the largest of its kind in the Midwest. In addition, Corey's cutting edge training approach allows him to routinely train and mentor hundreds of people every year. Corey has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Morningside College and is a certified boot camp instructor. He also holds certifications as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Running Coach, and is also recognized as one of the best core balance specialists in Omaha. |

Derek
A 2008 graduate from Northwest Missouri State University, Derek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Recreation and Wellness.
Derek was first introduced into strength training and conditioning during his sophomore year of high school and it has been his passion ever since. During Derek's course work at NWMSU he worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the baseball team at Northwest, where he helped design and implement all in-season and off-season work for the athletes including: plyo-metrics, calisthenics, cardio, and weight training.
Derek is a highly motivated certified personal trainer and is always excited to work with clients of various demographics.

Trevor
Trevor Davis received his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Northwest Missouri State University in 2004, and hails from Harlan, IA where he was a class of 2000 graduate. Along the way, Trevor has participated with several different athletic teams, which has provided him with a sturdy athletic background.
A college internship with NWMSU paved the way for his success. During his course of study, Trevor worked several summer speed and agility camps in Maryville, MO and numerous high schools within a 50 mile radius. This has provided him with a strong background in sport-specific, speed, and agility training.
Trevor not only specializes in sport-specific training, but also excels in all aspects of total body transformation. He is an energetic and knowledgeable individual who looks forward to working with all types of clients who look to better themselves.
